It's called the Space Bag Jumbo Tote. Essentially it's just a large bag that has a valve on it that allows a vacuum to suck out all the air. Space Bags also makes normal bags (not in the totes) but I'd recommend staying away from them as the bottoms tend to rip easier (this one has a hard cloth bottom), and don't come with some extras like a double zipper. There is also a smaller under the bed one, along with some various speciality ones (things like hanging ones).
