O Holy Night

December 12th, 2006

So before I said I dispise Christmas music, however I have found at least one song that is simply amazing. On Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip musicians benefiting from The Tipitina's Foundation played a rendition of "O Holy Night". It is simply nothing short of amazing.

NBC has graciously put up a link to the mp3 for free. You can watch the clip of this performance, along with other performances on Studio 60's music page.

Oh Eric! This is what they call maturing! You’ll find that as you get older you’ll just get more sentimental. If it is already starting now, just wait until you get kids.
(P.S. - You’re right. Totally awesome horn arrangement. But you should have warned me about the quasi-proposal thing - music AND romance is way too many layers of emotion for us middle-aged.)
