December 7th, 2006People talk a lot about the housing market, and that we're in bubble. I personally am hesitant to pursue anything in the market, and this graph sums of my feelings pretty well to where we're at. Click on image for larger size.

One of the least reported facts of the modern world is the huge sum of money floating around the globe in search of returns. The demand for investment opportunities has outstripped their supply. The result? First inflation in stocks and now inflation in housing. The punchline? You, Mr. Byers, need to start a business and give some portion of these trillions of dollars of investment money a place to sit.
