Flickr Hat & Beard

Flickr decided to get into the holiday spirit by adding a couple of hidden features. If you add note "ho ho ho beard" or "ho ho ho hat" to a photo, it fills your note in with a beard or a hat respectively. This means you can add items to other people's photos. As you can imagine, this is a lot of fun. It appears you can also make people look like ZZ Top.
