The Fat Duck gets entire venison loin sections in that are dried like that. I have yet to try the dish, but I’ve heard it’s awesome. Tell your parents to mail me a care package.

Yuck! I hope it tastes better than it looks. I’ll never know…I won’t eat something that looks like that! Ewwww!!!!
