Excellent Customer Service

One of my Buzz Bee Air Blasters broke awhile ago (think Nerf gun). It was one of my favorites, called the Rapid Fire Rifle ($30+ on Amazon.com, but ~$15 from your local Wal-mart) because it is a full bolt action gun complete with ejecting shells. It's not the best at shooting, but it's probably the most fun.
I ripped the gun apart hoping there was something easy to fix. Turns out the plunger had split into two parts. I tried to glue/plastic cement it back together, but it wouldn't hold. I was thinking about throwing it out, but decided to email customer service and ask if there were replacement parts for purchase. They emailed me back the next day asking for my address to ship out the parts. Today I received the parts, changed them out and now I have a working rifle. Sure maybe Buzz Bee should have built something that withheld a bit better, but they stepped up and offered a completely free part.
