Where did this happen? That’s pretty insane that water could build up that much pressure in a drainage system. Twice. Pretty sweet video, though.

that insane, wow, amazing video. and to see how big that “manhole” cover was compared to the semis driving by, it’s more like a “Sally Struthers” hole cover.
